On the agenda

In this e-learning, you will learn the fundamentals of Agile working and how it differs from traditional methods. Agile is not just a framework; it is a mindset that helps teams work flexibly and deliver continuous value. You will explore different Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe and learn how to scale Agile within an organization. Additionally, we cover Agile practices such as user stories, story points, and planning poker, which help teams collaborate more effectively. You will also learn when Agile is appropriate using the Stacey Matrix, which helps classify situations as simple, complicated, complex, or chaotic.
