What we’re looking for:
- Enthusiastic and motivated students (Bachelor’s or Master’s) who want to shape the introduction experience.
- Team players who enjoy working closely with others, collaborate intensively with fellow committee members, and work side by side with the university-appointed project leader(s) of the introduction.
- Creative thinkers with fresh ideas to make this introduction week unforgettable.
- Students available to commit time and energy to the planning process in the months leading up to the introduction.
- A positive, can-do attitude because this is as much about enjoying the ride as it is about the end result.
- Your Dutch proficiency is at least B1 and you have a good command of English.
Other requirements:
- Officially enrolled at the TU/e and have obtained your BSA.
- Prior experience in organizing events or having completed a board year is a plus.
- Knowledge and skills in data systems (Excel, CMS, MS Teams, Office 365).
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English at minimum B1 level.
- Flexible availability during the summer months (June, July, August), with the exception of a short holiday.

Send us a motivation letter (this can be done in either Dutch or English, whichever language you prefer) in which you explain why you are the person we are looking for. In your letter, please also indicate the two main areas of responsibility you would like to apply for within the committee. Apply before September 30!
