This is a voluntary position without salary.
As the Team Manager you are responsible for overseeing the entire TU/ecomotive project and ensuring the team operates smoothly and cohesively. You will collaborate closely with the rest of the management team to define the team's overarching vision, represent the team to major external stakeholders, and foster a healthy, productive, and motivating team culture. You join early in the project cycle so that strategic alignment, team dynamics, and core values are embedded in decisions from conceptualization to presentation. This translates into tasks such as:
- Overall Strategic Leadership & Vision Setting
- Team Building & Internal HR Management
- Motivation, Dispute Resolution & Well-being
- High-Level External Representation & Pitching
- University & Major Partner Relations
- General Meeting Facilitation
- Budget & Financial Oversight
- Sponsor Acquisition & Retention Support
Expected time commitment: 36+ hours per week
