As the Project Manager you are responsible for the planning, execution, and timely delivery of the vehicle and the overall project. You will collaborate with all sub-teams to monitor progress, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure that operational deadlines are met without compromising the team's goals. You join early in the project cycle so that realistic scheduling, resource allocation, and efficient workflow practices are embedded in decisions from conceptualization to presentation. This translates into tasks such as:
- Master Timeline & Schedule Management
- Goal Setting & Deadline Tracking
- Risk Management & Mitigation Strategy
- Cross-Departmental Coordination
- Sprint Planning & Progress Monitoring
- Resource & Budget Allocation
- Task Management System Oversight
- Workflow & Efficiency Optimization
